Our Story
With over 25 years in education, our founder turned her passion for teaching into early childhood education by opening Our Little Red Schoolhouse – Spring. In 2024, her daughter Vivian proudly continued that legacy, taking the lead at Our Little Red Schoolhouse – Tamina after five years of dedicated work at the Spring location.

Vivian grew up in a Hispanic family but didn’t understand Spanish—a gap that left a lasting impression. This experience inspired her to create a preschool where children are naturally exposed to the Spanish language through daily care and conversation. Her goal is to lay the groundwork for bilingualism during the critical early years, when young minds are most open to learning and connection.

OLRSH – Tamina is a Spanish immersion preschool committed to nurturing kind, confident, and curious minds. We believe that early bilingual education offers powerful benefits—boosting problem-solving abilities, creativity, and cognitive flexibility. Children in our program also develop greater empathy, cultural awareness, and social-emotional intelligence. Academically, early exposure to multiple languages supports stronger literacy skills and can enhance overall academic performance.
